I have worked at the new property, Terra Nova Gardens the last three days. I cut down the cottonwood tree that would have fallen on the gardens at some time in the future. After cutting down the tree I found that the core of the tree was hollow. I'm glad I decided to cut down the tree. The last couple days have been spent cutting up the tree and cleaning up the debris.
******** It seems that the issue with the property is not going to not enough water but too much water. There are several soft spots in the garden area that have kept the soil sticky and greasy. I had to dig a couple feet down in the soil to remove one of the tree branches and the black soil never hit the clay sub soil. ******** It looks to be a good purchase for gardening.
