We have a lot of pallets around here to. Most companies now send them back for cash credit so not as easy to come by free. I've been lucky in the past to find some and actually have about 4 brand new ones sitting up the road from me that were left by the road crew. Just have to figure out how to get them out of the deep ditch they are in.
I'm very much in to using second hand stuff. Actually using my stock trailer which I've not used in years for a storage place for feed and other stuff. Everything is out of the wind and weather and safe from animals prying noses.
Trying to figure out a way to make my farm sustainable and able to live off. Looking into raising a few goats, emu, sheep, chickens, and continue with the natural gardening.
