yeah we are having odd weather here to..... lots of rain where it should be stinking hot...and then muggy the next day or so.
Cold windy nights and hot days..... not normal either, the house should be like an oven day after day and that is not happening either. Mind you it is good but am having trouble keeping fat off the pigs this year. If I lived further south there would not be the huge temperature gap as there is up here..... and the days would not be as hot either. Cant shift have to just deal with it this year. Pork has dropped off also, I guess it will pick up as the year progresses.
Foxes are a pain, but the Alpacas are keeping them away. The wont ever have babies cause I dont have a male only a castrate. I also know that they can only have their Cria when young and my two girls are 9 and 10 years of age They to a good age of 20 - 25 years.
