Apple smoked pork sure sounds good! Spring isn't showing any signs here yet either. A few fish in our pond died because it was so cold for so long this year. I sure am ready for some warm weather! On a happier note, our goats started kidding a couple of weeks ago and so we've had some little cuties hopping around. They're adorable! Unfortunately, we are not keeping any this year but I'm glad that goats are more popular now so it's fairly easy to find buyers for them who will give them good homes. Used to be so hard in the past! Have fun with your smoking. I used to butcher animals when I was a teenager. I don't do that anymore and dont' really miss it! But, it does taste good!
