Thanks for all the welcomes.
I'm so new at this. I can't figure out how to comment on what some of you wrote to me except to write it on my blog. Am I suppose to go to your blog and comment there? Anyway, I raise Barred Rock layers and I just ordered 8 Orpington layer chicks and 1 rooster chick. My Barred Rock Rooster (Gumbo for short) is soooo mean and aggressive to those who feed him. LOL I have to have a more mild mannered rooster so hopefully my new one will due. I also have a baby Wyandotte Rooster about 3 weeks old and he is adorable. I am slowly getting into the rabbit business too. I am building my hutches this weekend. I am retiring from the military in September so I am trying to start my little farm/bait business before then. Any suggestions and advise about anything would help tremendously and very appreciated. If I can be of some help to you all please ask! Happy Valentines Day!
