Thanks ! I appreciate the info on Longhorns! Do you have any recommended resources to look into for more info? I would like to start small and gradually grow a herd both in Longhorns, Bison, and Beefalo. I'm not expecting to run a large scale, but I would like to manage a small herd business to pay for the house & land. I'm currently looking at land in Idaho, but for now looking to partner with a local stockman here in Illinois. What are some of the costs involved? How many head do you have altogether?
