Pigs are great, 1st are you wanting to feed to freezer or feed to breed? Do you want them in a dirt pen or on cement?
White is dominate in pigs and they sun burn very easy.
We feed according to body condition and wet their feed. They don't spend time running between feed pan and water trough.
If you are wanting to breed, you need to get a young boar and raise him up so you know what his temperment is.
Pen are easy to construct and sometimes you can use electric fence on them unless you have a Ruby on your hands and she knows how to short them to get to the other side.
Ask me questions and either our son (P2) or will answer them as quick as we can
Where did you find the turn out halter at?
