Culling I
Oh, Gary. I can so relate to this post - as I put salve on the itchies caused by the pigweed! If we intend to live on this farm for very long, we have to pick and choose what stays and what leaves as far as Nature goes, and weeds are on the top of the list. Unfortunately, we also have to pick and choose what livestock stays and which ones get a 'train ticket'. Being a good steward means making some tough decisions. And sometimes, the tougher they are the more right they are, even if we don't like it. Hmmm...you just gave me an idea for another post. I'll make sure to lead in with credit to this one! And, if you finish up with yours, hurry down here - we've got plenty of hoeing that needs to be done!
