You will find the perfect farm ;) We lived in a boring subdivision in Round Rock, TX and was on realtor.com daily. I was getting bummed after a while- but then it happened one day about a year ago. A property came up, we dropped everything and went to see it, and put in an offer. Apparently we got there just in time. The closing was a mess since Fannie Mae was failing- but we got the property. Now- we have 12 Suri alpacas (ag exempt and fabulous fiber), 2 livestock guardian dogs, 4 barn cats, 19 chickens, 12 guinea fowl + our subdivision pets and a silly cat ;) It's hard to believe how much has changed within a year- but it happens! I'm so excited for you and can't wait to hear updates.
