Have we been cloned?
Ah! You don't know how glad I was to get your post! Reading it, I'm wondering if we were cloned somewhere along the way! I had to laugh though, and admittedly, I'm a little jealous of your Polish Crown. I have two roosters left that survived, but they now resemble little old bald men - my other chickens plucked the hats off their heads. I HATE it for them, and tried to separate them, but to no avail. They just kept coming back for more punishment. I've been after hubby for an Angora rabbit, Delaine Moreno sheep and Pygora goats for spinning, but he's not just jumping up and down with enthusiasm. Oh, well, I'll get my way eventually, but I'll also have to have patience. My neighbor has goats and I get my goats milk from her. You're gonna love making it! Do you grow your own herbs? If you do, add a little lemon verbena to your bed. It makes great kitchen soap! Do you make your own Christmas gifts? I usually do, but won't have time this year - 2010 was a harsh year for us. I do have a Christmas runner on the loom right now, though. Hopefully it'll be finished in time to use it! Wishing you and yours a blessed and very Happy Thanksgiving! I'll look forward to hearing more from you. By the way, I only have access to email on Tuesdays when I'm in town for work, so don't think I'm ignorning you if you don't get a response very quickly. We live so far out dial up is the only option, and even that takes hours some times that we don't even have it any more!
