i see you grow leeks,I have never had a domestic leek before, ive been fortunate enough to be able to pick them in the wild i usually pick about 20-30 pounds a year, i think maybe next year i might harvest some seed, and propogate it here on the farm.Tell me, do you know of any flavoring differences between wild and domestic, i know that the wild are very strong and somewhat hot for a short period.
