Thank you so much for the welcome, still getting used to this blogging stuff, lol... posted a couple of pics of the brand new flock that came home last night, twelve 2 day old chicks, 2 Polish Laced Buffs, 2 Lakenvelders, 2 Jersey Giants 2 Barred Rocks , 2 Golden Laced Wyandottes, 2 Buff Orpingtons, happy and cheerful and peeping like mad this morning... :D

The end of the clean up from the storms is in site- finally. The damage in the garden isn' as bad as I thought. I will have to replant some greens today, but all in all we came out ok!

I've spent most of yesterday trying to clean storm damage in and around the house. We had some wicked storms. Hope fully today's rain will be light.
