Thanks for visiting my ranch page
Don't know how close you are to me- but we're in the same state! I show our fleeces mostly with the mail-in fleece shows which are all over the country. Are you a member of AOBA? Their website has info on upcoming shows. But if you're only showing one fleece, it's not cheap. You need to pay $75 extra for show division membership and then the show costs which range from $25-$45 roughly. The also have spin-offs and other fun auxiliary competitions. I just entered our first spin off- so curious to see how that goes. Prices have come down a bit recently, and you might just find yourself a nice breedable girl at dispersal sales. Also- I've seen younger girls going for less. They won't be top quality-but probably good enough to breed. Your bunnies are just tooooooo cute!! I've always wanted a bunny- but the closest I got were guinea pigs...not quite the same other than similar size. That was in 6th grade after a ton of begging.

Do you mind a question? Do you worm your rabbits and if so what do you use? We have a 4 yr old New Jersey (sp?) Wooly named Magnus and we are not his first family.

Come visit me, The Homestead.
