Years I’ve been farming: 9 years

Animals I raise: Just about any thing that shows up at the door hungry. But I have horses, Buckeye chickens, Bees and ducks. Some day I would like to add Highland cattle, Soay sheep and a dairy goat or two just not sure what kind.

Crops I grow: herbs and veggies

Hobbies I enjoy: crafts, working with my animals, Civil War re-enacting

The proudest moment on my farm: seeing the baby chicks and ducks and watching my garden grow

Pets: i have three Husky dogs, and three cats

Well I got 90% of the tomatoes and all of the melons transplanted and everyone is doing good. I ended up starting way to many tomatoes and I think I gonna have to trade, sell or give some away. Hopefully I'll be able to trade a few.

Today we finished glazing the windows in our recycled window greenhouse. The veggie transplants will be able to be moved there tomorrow to enjoy the nice day.

  Baby Chicks
The baby chicks are getting so big and all are doing well. We are getting a yard together for turkeys, with a movable coop. This will be our first year with turkeys so hopefully everything goes good. Wish us luck!
