MY FARM

Snow Mountain Alpacas from Keenesburg, CO
Snow Mountain Alpacas

Page 1 of 1   Previous | Next
Farm Name: Snow Mountain Alpacas

Year Farm Established: 2006

Location: Snohomish, WA

Years I’ve been farming: 7 years

Animals I raise: We raise Huacaya alpacas (the "fluffy" looking alpacas). First and foremost, we raise healthy and structurally sound alpacas and although our foundation herd started with good fiber, we strive to improve our fiber structure, handle and micron with each breeding.

Our herd represents some of the best and most sought after bloodlines, originating from the Peruvian Accoyo, Alianza, Machaccoyoc, Cchonchatanca, Plantel, and Antacalla regions. We have well represented Bolivian and Chilean bloodlines as well.

We welcome farm visits!

Club/Associations memberships: Alpaca Owners and Breeders Assoc. (AOBA)
Alpaca Breeders of the Rockies (ABR)
Small Alpaca Farms of America (SAFA)
Alpaca Registry Inc. (ARI)

The proudest moment on my farm: The joy people experience when we introducing the alpacas to them for the first time

Pets: Shiba Inu, Siberian Husky, Bengal cat, rabbits

Farm Motto: Find Your Passions Elevated With Alpacas

Nice pictures and I love the one in the car! There has been many times I've had to haul goats in the car. I wish I had a camera for all the funny looks we received, driving down the road!

Come visit me, Larkshire Farm.

Great pictures love the one in the car. Where is Keenesburg? I visit Denver/Broomfield a couple of times a year and have property of my own in WY. I was considering adding Alpacas to my farm family one day.
