To Scaly Tailz - Thanks! I like the name because my great-grandparents homesteaded on Turtle Creek in SD. What was left of the old place burned down several years ago in a prairie fire, but the name lives on.Come visit me, Turtle Creek Farm.

Indoor growing
I clean out old stumps for growing plants in the house,only have three grow light,so I rotate them.Have tomatoes and green peppers started,more to come yet,I hope.Come visit me, Tanya's Farm.

Indoor growing
Salad fixings do great in pots. But be sure to have Miracle gro on hand as they are usually heavy feeders. I grow all my lettuces, spinach even chinese cabbage in pots. Helps with pest control and I can grow all winter. Herbs are easy as well, they just need a lot of light.Come visit me, The Roof.

Indoor Container Gardening
Anyone have ideas for container gardening indoors during the winter months without having to spend a great deal. I think it could be done for salad makings (lettuce, radishes, tomatoes, etc...) but I'm not sure on the logistics without a lot of extras.Come visit me, Turtle Creek Farm.
