So, how are the emus doing? Work's been super busy, I've been working all hours. It's been very hard to get much done at home! Hopefully we'll slow down enough, I can get evrything ready for winter!

I found it's eaiser to upload pics in the evening, don't know why.

I can't belive your roo is just only 3 yrs old. It seems like we can only keep a roo for a year and then he moves on because he gets to aggressive for our son to play with his hens. He's in with them on a daily bases. Sometimes it's better not to try and figure things out...LOL

  Can you post a pig photo? Our son just showed his two 3/4 red wattle and 1/4 hampshire gilts that we drove to Leesville, LA for when they were 3 wks old.

Thanks for the great idea about hollowing out stumps for pots! I'll keep that in mind if we cut the last couple of dead ones in the back yard down.
