I got all of the horse manure spread the other day. I know this may sound crazy but I kinda get excited spreading that stuff. LOL. I guess its because I know what good comes from it.

Thank You for the visit . I saw from your pictures ,your dogs like to sleep as much as mine do. He used to have his own bed ,now he has ours. Your tomatoes look so darn good right now. We will be going a larger garden this year. We have tilled a few times and added lime so far. Right mow its frozen. Have a lot of manure to add later. No rideing this weekend. To cold and windy here and we both are kinda sick. I put on my coveralls and walked pasture line with horses. Thats as far as i got. This cold and snow and rain has us way behind. In prosess of buliding new stalls. Ok the wood etc is laying on trailor out their. Hope my hubby can retire in 1 year so we can get stuff done here. Kids are all moved away so no help. Think we will use some grand kid labor this summer. Can allways use a good cheap farm hand....

Thank you Twin Oaks for your visit
heirloom tomatoes, I didn't start any of those my first year here on the farm. A friend in Alaska wants to do that this year. Our tomatoes were late to ripe on the vines so I have plenty of frozen greens. I hope this year will be even better for everyone's crop. All I know is the more I grow, the more sauce I can make. And I love gardening, growing anything and everything I can. This Hobby Farms is the best place for a farmer to be.
