Welcome Beautiful place. How much land do you have? I love the fence but don't think it's a possiblity with 40 acres...way too costly.Come visit me, My Wyoming Home, Santa Sara Ranch, WyoCowgirl's Santa Sara Ranch & Santa Sara Ranch (Coming Soon).

Gardening on the Central Coast of California. We orginally came from the Central Valley of Calif. and it had the typical seasons with hot summers. I would start my vegies early and with irrigation througout the summer would have a large bounty. I am still learning weather here and what to plant when. We have an average temp in the 60's, but in June and July we have coastal fog, we call "June Gloom". We do get some frost in Dec-Feb and we even had some snow(a light dusting) last weekend which is highly unusual. Would love to hear from other Central Coast gardeners on what they plant and when. Happy Trails.Come visit me, Seahorse Ranch.

How we chose the name of our farm We moved to this tiny fishing village and agriculture area and found this small ranch. We love horses and being by the ocean, so we called our ranch from the beginning "The Seahorse Ranch" We have decorated a lot with seahorses.Come visit me, Seahorse Ranch.
