Years I’ve been farming: 5 years

Animals I raise: Rabbits, Pigs, Chickens, and i really want to start raising Goats.

Crops I grow: Squash, Corn, Okra, Cubumber, Watermellons, Peppers, Eggplant, and something new every year.

Hobbies I enjoy: Skipping Rocks, learning everything I can about Livestock, and Keeping Three little boys of mine entertained.

Pets: Willa(Potbelly Pig), Ben(Black Lab), and 3 wild barn cats

  We raise llamas for pets, fiber, and for guarding small livestock like sheep, goats, and/or poultry. Since we got our llamas, we have not lost a single duck and they free-range our pastures both day and night!

  Yes for their milk my boys are allergic to cows milk.

We raise Nubian goats, Production Reds and Americana chickens, Rouen ducks, and a multitude of rescued animals. I think you and your boys will enjoy raising goats!
