Thanks! Thanks for the advice on beekeeping. I do have someone who offered to mentor me, and I will be taking him up on it. I just recently bought a book on beekeeping, and will be studying it as well. My great uncle used to keep bees in his 'Little Red School House' up in Janesville, WI, and I think that's where my love first started. I'm hoping to have my own hives within 2 years, possibly less. And I do understand it is an expensive start up, but thanks for giving me a better price range. Can you recommend a good book? I will look forward to discussing bees with you!Come visit me, The Farm Wife & Paradise Plantation.

Chickens and bees I have chickens and have been thinking about bees. How tough is it? Do the chickens eat the bees? Any problems with having the two by each other?Come visit me, Beaktime Farm, www beaktime com & Beaktime.
