Yaks?
I am curious about your yaks? Do you have yaks for diversity among cattle or do you yoke them and have them haul stuff? I am a city slicker kind of farmer myself, but curious and amazed at what kind of agricultural endeavors folks emabark on. I love your photos.

Hello
I have thought about raising yaks. Somehow I just keep thinking about it and not following through. I even looked at raising water buffalo so that I could make true Mozzarella. Well some day when I quit cooking professionally I might have time. I would be interested in knowing more about Yaks.
