Yes, CP soap is Cold Process soap made with lye.
Luckily, there's lots of places to check out how to make soap! Search on You Tube for cold process soap making. You can also check out Brambleberry.com and Soap-making-resource.com. A&E Farms, Lol, my son made that sign when he was about 10 years old and it's been in our chicken yard ever since!
