Hereford hog are very friendly, good parents (most of them) as long as they have a draft free place and feed right winter shouldn't be an issue. Our son LOVES his red waddle cross. Just purchases him an unrelated Berkshire pair. But they are 8 wks old so I cant tell how they are. But when we bought his Fancy the berk gilt. The owner had them free ranging and we were able to walk to each mom and play with the different age piglets and feel in love with the breed and piglet. What every you go with watch for white hog, they might have issues with sunburning.

  Thank you!
I sell my handmade pet products, we also make leads and reins for horses and livestock.

We haven't narrowed it down yet. We'd like something fairly docile.
