The proudest moment on my farm: We bought this old homestead in summer 2012 with a fixer 2 story brick, greek revival farmhouse. The bricks were handmade and fired in a nearby field. I married my high school sweetheart and I can remember when we would drive past this place and I dreamed of living here.
Notes on the barn: The 2 story barn is indeed very neat. It is around 80 years old. previous owners steel sided over original wood and windows. The sliding doors open on both sides (note the light shining through from back side, you can drive thru it). The upper hay loft is huge and is complete with the pulley system that the kids now use as a rope swing :)
Pets: 2 barn cats: Jewel, and DesiLu
2 Labradors: Winston and Callaloo
Chickens added spring 2014
