Mislaid my Winter Issue! Can someone contact me an dthell me if one of the recipes in it involved a cast iron skillet and then bacon wrapped around a chicken/potato center? I saw that recipe SOMEWHERE, and now can't find it! (broomist@gmail.com)

Just called the 1-800-PET-BOOk and the Spring issue for 2011 will come out end of February beginning of March. Even though I have enjoyed every issue of this Magazine. The 2nd one that came out is the best one so far. Hope this comes out in subscription soon so everyone will have a chance to read it no matter where they live.
