Excellent choices! I would particularly recommend The Omnivore's Dilemma and Fast Food Nation and Mad Sheep. Mad Sheep was actually loaned to me by a sheep farmer that I worked with while making my student documentary. He also loaned me a book called Seeds of Deception, which is thoroughly upsetting. You can find it at http://www.seedsofdeception.com And if you need a movie to watch to put you in a fighting mood try Food. Inc.
