I just learned to use a pressure canner this summer, and I won't go back to 'store bought' without kicking and screaming. I'm now on the hunt for any and every canning recipe I can find. My goal is to have enough from harvest to harvest.

Not does home canned taste better, it's cheaper and you know exactly what's in it!

I was raised on farm fresh veggies & fruits. I was taught how to work in the garden when I was y oung. Farm fresh is the best of all foods. I have been canning veggies & fruits for years. I learn more every year. I like to try all kinds of recipes(I'm a collector of recipes & cookbooks). I just wish there were more places around me to buy fresh veggies & fruits.
