Once you enjoy the juice, reserve the flavorful pulp to use in seasonal baked goods, like Ginger Pear Cranberry Breakfast Rolls.
Yield: About 8 ounces
- 1/4- to 1/2-inch piece of ginger, peeled
- 2 medium Asian pears, cored
- 1 medium apple, cored (any variety)
Feed ginger into electric juicer, followed by Asian pears and apple. Stir, add ice cubes if desired, and serve immediately.
