Yield: 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut into eighths
- 2 T. minced jalapeño pepper
- 2 T. minced sweet onion
- 2 T. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 tsp. salt
In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes. Serve salsa with tortilla chips.
