Ingredients
1½ cups plain yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
2 T. grated white onion
2 T.-plus curry powder
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
½ tsp. minced fresh ginger
Preparation
Place all ingredients in medium bowl and stir well to combine. Transfer to serving bowl. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Garnish with a sprinkle of curry powder.
Makes about 2 cups. Serve with pita wedges or vegetable crudités.
