Yield: 6 servings
- 3 large ripe tomatoes, halved
- 1 to 2 T. olive oil, as needed
- pepper and sea salt taste
- 6 pinches herbes de Provence
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush cut side of each tomato with olive oil. Place tomatoes on the grill, cut side down, and cook 5 to 6 minutes. Remove tomatoes from grill, and place on plate cut side up. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and add pinches of herbes de Provence.
