Yield: 2 to 3 cups


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 3 T. green onions, chopped
  • 1 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed, or 1 to 2 tsp., fresh
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce or 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper


Preparation

Beat cream cheese until smooth; add mayonnaise. Fold in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill.
