Yield: 1 cup
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- fresh seasonal fruit or thawed frozen fruit, washed and cut
- raisins or other dried fruits
- chopped nuts, sunflower seeds, toasted oats or wheat germ
Scoop 1/2 cup yogurt into clear glass or bowl. Place spoonfuls of fresh and dried fruit on top and layer with another 1/2 cup yogurt. Top with chopped nuts, seeds, oats or wheat germ.
