Recipe: Maple Dressing

  • 3/4 cup maple syrup 
  • 1/2 cup natural rice vinegar 
  • 1 tsp. sea salt 
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced 
  • 1 ½  tsp. ground mustard
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil 

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve at room temperature; store unused portion covered in.
