This Goat May Be The Perfect Yoga Partner

If you’ve ever practiced yoga you know it’s a great way to relax, de-stress and just calm your mind after a long, hard day. While oftentimes yoga is done on your own at home or in a studio setting, sometimes it’s better to bring a friend.

Especially when that friend is a baby goat.

Rachel Brathen is all about yoga. She lives up to her @yoga_girl Instagram handle by leading yoga retreats, teaching paddleboard yoga, launching an online yoga studio and posting tons of photos of herself practicing the craft on social media.

According to SELF, Brathen and her husband adopted a little goat with an overbite named Penny. That goat immediately made herself part of the family … and part of Brathen’s yoga routine. Take a look:
