Yield: 4 servings
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 3 T. powdered sugar
- 3/4 tsp. orange liqueur
- 1½ cups blueberries, picked over and rinsed
- 2 tsp. orange zest
In medium bowl, beat cream with an electric mixer until it starts to thicken. Add powdered sugar and beat until soft peaks form. Add liqueur and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
In parfait dishes, layer whipped cream and blueberries, ending with a dollop of whipped cream. Garnish with orange zest. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
