This tropical, fruity salsa will transport you and your guests to the islands for a while.¬†
- 4 cups chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
- 1 mango, chopped
- 1 jalape√Īo pepper, minced
- 1 cup chopped¬†pineapple
- 1/2 chopped cup cilantro
- 1 T. lime juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 T. Tabasco sauce
- 1 avocado, sliced
In large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, mango, jalape√Īo, pineapple and cilantro. Add lime juice, pineapple juice and Tabasco sauce. Mix well, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to mingle.¬†Garnish with sliced¬†avocado just before serving.
