Maple Mustard Salmon

March is maple month!  Try this simple twist with salmon and learn more about how New England celebrates the maple harvest>>

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 T. dried dill
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
