Mark Bomford, Yale Sustainable Food Project’s director, sits down with Urban Farm Online to talk about the future of food. Bomford grew up working around agriculture in Canada, and took that knowledge to New Haven, Ct., where he joined the Yale Sustainable Food Project.

The Project manages an organic farm on the Yale campus, which is used as the foundation for many programs aimed at students, kids and academics.
